Shipping Policy

Tikka Opals offers one of a kind opals and gemstones through our secure e-commerce platform. 

Once an order is received we process the order and prepare it for shipping.  All orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of the order.   The only exception is when we are at a show, in which case, we will ship as soon as we return.  We will email a notification of the delay with an estimated shipping date.

Orders are shipped via insured carriers and will require a signature.  We will send you a shipping notification to let you know the carrier and the approximate date to expect your package.
